SOLMED Alliance: Admin & Accountant for West Africa area

SOLMED Alliance is looking for a financial administrative for its office in West Africa. Your main functions will be:
– General administrative function.
– Prepare journal entries, detailed reports and account reconciliations.
– Report treasury movements, invoicing as per the company policy.
– Allocate cash and maintain the cash books.
– Liaise with provider for payment of the invoice and any litigious situation.
– Liaise with Operation to ensure necessary information are correctly completed and received in a timely manner
– Under the Financial Manager, the Admin will develop his/her duties in line with company procedures and ensure compliance with the country financial regulations.
– Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with your position.
– Maintain all company information in a confidential way.
– FluSOLMED Allianceent English language
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience
– Ethical leadership
– International experience will be valuated
– Excellent customer care skills
– Attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure
– Flexibility is a must
– IT skills and use of company program
