Human Resources Admin for West Africa area

SOLMED Alliance - Horizontal MiniSOLMED Alliance is looking for a Human Resources’ Administrative for its office in West Africa. Your main functions will be:
– General administrative tasks.
– Control documentation of local employees (contracts, company docs…).
– Insure filling of the employees documents.
– Assist local employees with any doubts and problems they may have.
– Liaise with Operation to ensure necessary information are correctly completed and received in a timely manner.
– Report to the HR Department of the Company´s Head Office.
– Under the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Administrative will develop his/her duties in line with company procedures.
– Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with your position.
– Maintain all company information in a confidential way.
– Fluent English language
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience
– Ethical leadership
– International experience will be valuated
– Excellent customer care skills
– Attention to detail and capacity to work under pressure
– Flexibility is a must
– IT skills and use of company program
